    Heat a pan and add the rapeseed oil and potatoes, allow to lightly caramelise, add optional desiccated coconut and all other ingredients, except the peas, gently stir and allow cauliflower to cook through then add the peas, warm through, serve with chopped fresh corinader and spring onion.
