Are you ready for? Ann's Chicken Curry

    Place the rapeseed oil in a dry hot pan, add the onion and lightly coat with the water, allow to evaporate, in a small dish mix together the cumin, coriander, turmeric, chilli and add a little water to form a paste,add this paste to the onion in the pan, gently stir until paste sticks to the onion but do not burn, add the coconut milk, seasoning and garlic, gently stir then allow to simmer for 15-20 minutes, add grated frozen lemon or lime, serve with preferred vegetable, precooked meat or precooked fish, chopped corinader and spring onion.
      • 1Dsp Each Of Ground Cumin And Coriander
      • 1/2 Tsp Chilli Or To Taste,Seasoning
      • Garlic To Taste
      • 1 Tsp Ground Turmeric Or Grated Frozen
      • 1 Finely Sliced Onion
      • 1 Tsp Rapeseed Oil
      • 50Ml Water
      • 2 Dsp Grated Frozen Lemon Or Lime
      • 400Ml Full Fat Coconut Milk
      • Chopped Fresh Coriander And Spring Onion On Service
