Are you ready for? Sweet Potato Rosti

Method
    Chop the sweet potato with skins on into small pieces, approx 1cm, boil in salted water until al dente, drain and lightly crush, add the rapeseed oil to a hot pan and fry the onion until golden, add potatoes and all other ingredients then press down, cook on a medium heat for 5 miuntes the place pan in a preheated oven at 200ndegrees for 20 minutes, serve on a plate
