Method
    Heat a pan and add the rapeseed oil and potatoes, allow to lightly caramelise, add optional desiccated coconut and all other ingredients, except the peas, gently stir and allow cauliflower to cook through then add the peas, warm through, serve with chopped fresh corinader and spring onion.

      • 1 Chopped Cauliflower
      • 2 1Cm Diced Potato With Skin On
      • 1 Dsp Garlic Paste
      • 1 Tsp Grated Frozen Chilli
      • Seasoning And Garlic To Taste
      • 200Ml Full Fat Coconut Milk
      • 1 Dsp Asafoetida
      • 2Dsp Rapeseed Oil
      • 2 Dsp Crushed Curry Leaves,80Gr Frozen Peas,1 Tsp Garted Frozen Or Ground Turmeric
      • Optional 1 Dsp Desiccated Coconut Milk
      • Chopped Fresh Coriander And Spring Onion
