Are you ready for? Asian Chicken

    Heat a frying pan. Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix through to coat chicken evenly. Scatter the chicken into a hot pan but do not stir. Allow to caramelise for 3 minutes. Then lightly turn and allow to cook through. When cooked serve with chopped voriander and a splash of lemon juice.
      • 4 Sliced Chicken Thighs
      • 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric
      • 1 Dessert Spoon Garlic Paste
      • 1 Dessertspoon Rapeseed Oil,Seasoning
      • Dessert Spoon Lemon Juice Or Grated Frozen Lemon
      • Plus A Little Extra On Service
      • Chilli To Personal Taste
      • Chopped Coriander On Service
