Are you ready for? Beef Bourguignon

    Toss the steak in the flour and place in a hot pan with rapeseed oil and allow to sear, do not stir, turn once seared and add all the other ingredients and gently stir, place a lid on and cook in the oven at 160 degrees for 2 hours or 180 degrees for 1.5 hours.
      • 600gr steak
      • 150gr chopped smoked bacon
      • 1 diced onion
      • 2 dsp garlic paste
      • 1 bottle red wine
      • 1 tin tomatoes or 150ml passata
      • 1 dsp flour
      • 1 dsp rapeseed oil
      • 400ml veg stock
      • Small bunch fresh herbs
      • 200gr chopped mushrooms
