Are you ready for? Beef Tataki

Method
    Place finely sliced steak in 1st marinade for 2 minutes, then place in a dry hot pan for one minute, remove from heat and add tataki sauce, place back on heat for a further 1 minute, toss and serve

      • 250gr room temperature lean sirloin steak with fat removed and very finely sliced

      • 1 dsp sesame oil
      • 1 dsp mirin
      • 1 dsp soy sauce
      • 1 tsp garlic paste
      • Seasoning
      • Tataki sauce
      • 1 finely sliced spring onion
      • 2 dsp soy sauce
      • 1 tsp garlic paste
      • 1 finely sliced onion
      • 1 dsp sesame oil
      • 1 dsp mirin
      • 1 dsp sugar
      • 1 dsp rapeseed oil
