Method
    Place chicken, onion or shallot and bacon in a dry hot pan and allow to caramelise, do not stir until caramelised, add all other ingredients and place in oven, without a lid at 180 degrees for 1.5 hours for a whole chicken or 45 minutes for pieces until cooked through and serve
      Ingredients
      • 4 Sliced Chicken Thighs
      • 1 1 whole chicken or desired chicken pieces
      • 100gr chopped smoked bacon
      • 200 gr chopped mushrooms
      • 2 dsp garlic paste
      • 400ml veg stock
      • A bunch thyme
      • 1 bottle of good wine, red or white
      • Seasoning
