Are you ready for? Pesto Chicken

Method
    Heat a frying pan. Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix through to coat chicken evenly. Scatter the chicken into the fry hot pan but do not stir. Allow to caramelise for 3 minutes. Then lightly turn and allow to cook through. When cooked serve with chopped coriander and a splash of lemon juice.
