Are you ready for? Vegetable Ramen

Method
    Place stock into a saucepan and bring to a simmer. Add garlic, chilli, soy sauce and ptional fish sauce and shichimi along withs easoning if required. Simmer for 5 minutes then add noddles until cooked. Then add chosen vegetables/meat, heat through for just 21-2 minutes and serve with optional chopped sping onion and coriander
      Ingredients
      • 500Ml Vegetable Stock
      • 4 Dessert Spoon Soy Sauce
      • 1 Teaspoon Chilli Paste
      • 1 Dessert Spoon Garlic Paste
      • Salt And Pepper To Taste
      • Optional 1 Dessert Spoon Fish Sauce
      • Optional 1 Teaspoon Japanese 7 Spice (Shichimi)
      • 200 Grams Of Chosen Shredded Vegetables Or Sliced Cooked Meat
      • 100 Grams Rice Noodles Or Soba Noodles
      • Chopped Spring Onion And Coriander For Service
