Are you ready for? Saffron Rice

    Place basmati rice into oven proof dish, do not pre wash rice as it will release too much starch and become sticky. Add the boiling water and saffron and do not stir. Place the lid on and cook at 200 degrees, gas mark 5 for 15-20 minutes or until water has evaporated. Serve
