Are you ready for? Sticky Rice

method
    Place shortgrain rice into oven proof dish, do not pre wash rice as it will release too much starch and become too sticky. Add the boiling water and stir until water becomes milky. Place the lid on and cook at 200 degrees, gas mark 5 for 15-20 minutes or until water has evaporated. Serve
