Are you ready for? Vegetable Soup

    Heat a saucepan then add the rapeseed oil and vegetables. Allow to caramelise and cook through. Then add stock, garlic and seasoning to taste. Simmer for 15-20 minutes. Using a stock blender, blend the soup to desired texture. Serve.
      • 500Ml Vegetable Stock
      • 1 Diced Onion
      • 1 Diced Carrot And 2 Sticks Of Chopped Celery
      • Salt And Pepper To Taste
      • 1 Dessett Spoon Garlic Paste
      • 1 Dessert Spoon Rapeseed Oil
