Method
    place in a dry hot pan the desiccated coconut until golden, add all other ingredients and warm through, serve chopped coriander and spring onion on service

      • Garlic And Grated Frozen Chilli To Taste

      • 150Gr Frozen Mango Chunks Or 1 Fresh Diced Mango
      • 100Ml Full Fat Coconut Milk
      • Chopped Fresh Coriander And Spring Onion On Service
