    Heat a pan to very hot. Add rapeseed oil, onion and water and allow the water to evaporate, no need to stir. Remove the pan from the heat and add all the other ingredients and gently stir through.Place pan back on the heat and heat through. taste and adjust if necessary. Serve

      • 1 Teaspoon Rapeseed Oil
      • 100Ml Water
      • 250 Grams Full Fat Mascarpone
      • 1 Dessert Spoon Lemon Juice
      • 2 Dessert Spoons Of Grated Cheddar Cheese
      • 1 Dessert Spoon Of Garlic Paste
      • Salt And Pepper To Taste
